Scott D. Springer
Scott brings more than four decades of specialized experience in complex real estate development, particularly within hospitality, mixed-use ventures, and brownfield redevelopment.
His career, dating back to 1983, is distinguished by his deep technical expertise and nuanced understanding of land planning, entitlements, and strategic public-private partnerships. As a co-founder of P3 Advisors, Scott directed the successful assessment and remediation of a former municipal waste landfill, transforming it into the 65-acre mixed-use Miller’s Landing development in Castle Rock, CO.
His notable partnerships include serving as Master Developer for the Village of Mundelein, IL, an initiative recognized by the Urban Land Institute for its innovative approach. Prior to his current ventures, Scott held leadership roles at Weston Solutions, Inc., significantly growing their Midwest operations from $10 million to $120 million annually.
His comprehensive skill set spans public financing, infrastructure design and construction, contracting for development services, and structuring complex real estate transactions. Scott consistently navigates intricate project dynamics from inception through realization, always delivering clarity, precision, and strategic insight.

Hampton Barclay
Hampton has nearly two decades of proven experience in sourcing, planning, and structuring opportunities for development throughout the United States. Skilled across all facets of the development process—from deal origination and financial modeling to project management—Hampton consistently delivers successful outcomes.
Known for his strategic thinking and adept negotiation skills, he maintains strong relationships with clients, investors, and municipal leaders, and is recognized for creatively resolving complex challenges.
Hampton’s asset specialties include townhomes, industrial properties, multi-family residences, retail, office spaces, mixed-use projects, and mining sites. His portfolio highlights include his pivotal role in the Miller’s Landing brownfield redevelopment, integrating hospitality, residential, and retail components, as well as independently managing successful developments like Denver’s Madeira Row townhomes.
